Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Coordinate joining formalities, including induction program scheduling and documentation. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all HR generalist activities. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
