Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager - Actuarial in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager - Actuarial will be responsible for annual bonus recommendations, highlighting areas which could enhance financial management of the with profits business, performing experience analysis and highlighting any trends / risks to the management. Key tasks include computation of asset share, supportable bonuses, monitoring industry trends and quarterly experience analysis. The role also involves preparing reports and providing actuarial insights to support decision-making processes. Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry Thorough understanding of regulations and various actuarial principles Working knowledge on participating fund & experience analysis is an added advantage Hands-on Experience with SQL, DCS and Prophet will be preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams Pro-active and adaptable with the ability to work independently Show more Show less
