Assistant Manager Analytics and Reporting

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Manager Analytics and Reporting to join our team. This role involves managing financial data, building risk-assessing financial models, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with investee companies, accountants, and legal teamsparticularly in the International Market. Key Responsibilities: Monitor budgets and financial data of investee companies. Build financial models to assess risks and suggest controls. Review and draft legal documents (loans, shares, employee contracts, insurance). Provide financial insights to support Business decisions. Coordinate with CEOs, board members, and external accountants. Handle cloud-based accounting and year and books closure Support financial planning (cash flows, projections). Track project milestones, invoicing and track payments. Ensure proper fund flow and document compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or CA Professional Exam II or IPCC pass or related field. 2+ years of experience in finance, reporting, or legal coordination. Strong modeling, accounting, and stakeholder management skills. International exposure is a plus.
