Job Description

Required Candidate profile Manage a team of Tele callers and support staff to drive and achieve targets as set by the business or clients. Manage people related metrics such as shrinkage , attrition by driving employee. Daily follow-ups on pending cases to maximize conversions Resolving service issues impacting Portfolio. Update feedback trails on system wherever required & sending daily reports to the concerned reporting head. To effectively manage customer related issues Candidate should be Graduate with relevant Call center work experience must Must have Good communication skills in English & Hindi Good Computer proficiency & working knowledge in MS Office Immediate joiners preferred
