Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead operations at our Haridwar center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team (5–10 people), handling retail/store operations, overseeing inventory, resolving day-to-day issues, and executing promotional events. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the center’s performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 5–10 staff members. Manage shift scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with operational protocols and safety standards. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-first mindset. Plan and execute local promotional and brand awareness events in coordination with the marketing team. Support seasonal campaigns and in-center activities to increase footfall and engagement. Drive customer engagement strategies to improve center performance. Monitor KPIs and identify areas of improvement for profitability. Maintain stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and prevent shrinkage. Ensure timely procurement and stock reporting to the head office. Manage visual merchandising and cleanliness standards in the center. Provide regular updates to senior management on center performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align center goals with company objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store operations/retail/inventory, or center management roles. Prior experience handling a team of at least 5–10 members is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and manage customer service. Experience in handling promotional events or customer-facing campaigns is a plus. Willingness to work in a spiritual environment with high footfall. Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in Operations or Retail Management is an advantage).
