Website: www.wiprowater.in Desired Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Desired Experience: Yrs of Exp / Nature of Exp Commerce Graduate with MBA (Finance) CA / ICWA 10-12 yrs experience in Commercial function Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills Expertise in managing EPC contracts and handling claims management, dispute resolution and contract closure. Ability to prepare/review the critical terms and conditions of the contract with customer Working knowledge of financial instruments like performance bonds, bank guarantees, and letters of credit Ability to handle customer disputes and claims professionally Effective communication with clients, consultants, and Internal stakeholders Managing cash flow, invoices, and commercial risks effectively. Knowledge of import/export regulations, taxation, and supply chain management Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously Monitoring contract performance and resolving commercial issues during project execution Familiarity with insurance policies, warranties, and project risk mitigation strategies Strong People Management skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other financial analysis tools Target Companies: Any of the Water Treatment Companies / EPC companies or Project Companies Position Details Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility Customer follow up and collections as per target Reviewing collection performance of team Credit Risk controls and Invoicing as per Project Dispatch & Schedule Revenue Assurance & Ensuring timely invoicing and sales accounting Collection & Delivery Dispute Management with customers in coordination with Project team Import, Export, Sales tax, Road Permit, ARE 1, CT 1/3, CHA, Freight Forwarder, Logistics formalities Banking formalities on BG issuance Debtors Accounting, Ageing and MIS reporting Insurance control in sites, workmen, Factory, Material and other key assets Debit Note & Credit Note controls Preparing necessary dashboards for Monthly reviews and Management decision making Reporting: Mention reporting relationships Head Finance & Commercial Work Location Airoli (Navi Mumbai)
