Job Description

The role primarily involves managing the operation and automation of centralized HVAC systems, ensuring seamless design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The incumbent will act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, while also contributing to system optimization and programming Role & responsibilities 1. Domain Expertise: • Specialize in the operation and automation of centralized HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. 2. Planning and Design Review: • Review design documents for compliance with relevant standards and specifications. • Develop commissioning plans based on the I/O summary and technical requirements. 3. Installation and Verification: • Oversee and verify that system installations align with approved designs. • Conduct system testing and facilitate acceptance procedures. 4. DDC Programming: • Develop and troubleshoot Direct Digital Control (DDC) programs for optimal system performance. 5. Client Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Ongoing Maintenance: • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure long-term system reliability and efficiency. • Monitor and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Additional certifications in HVAC Design, Building Automation Systems (BAS), or DDC Programming are preferred • 6 to 8 years of experience in HVAC systems, building automation, or related fields Skills - • DDC Programming & BMS Expertise • HVAC Installation, Testing, & Commissioning • Design Document Review & Compliance • Client & Project Management • Troubleshooting & Maintenance Perks and benefits Upto 8 LPA(Incl Variable)
