The team executes cross-functional tasks to improve selection, pricing, and service. It works with manufacturers to grow their brands on the platform. The working span covers business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics, and retail. Primary Responsibilities Lead a team of content writers to ensure the creation of high-quality, grammatically correct, and engaging content for the website, articles, and other communication messaging. Curate and review existing website content while ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging. Manage the end-to-end copy creation process, ensuring outputs are effective, compelling, and in line with organizational objectives. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure content meets standards for originality, clarity, credibility, and SEO optimization. Collaborate closely with category, marketing, medical, and creative design teams to align content with various team requirements and strategies. Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance productivity and content quality. Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights. An Ideal Candidate Should Have Graduate/Postgraduate degree – Preferably in English (Honours) or a related field. 3 to 6 years of professional experience in content writing, editing, and team management. Strong team-leading and mentoring abilities, with prior experience managing a team. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to create, curate, and review content. Proficiency in SEO strategies and optimization techniques. Ability to handle tight timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
