We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to join our team in Delhi NCR, focusing on the Infrastructure, Builders, and Retail sector. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic B2B relationships with builders, infrastructure companies, and retail chains. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Identify and approach new business opportunities in the real estate and infrastructure sector. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations as required. Collaborate with the technical and project team to offer customized power solutions. Ensure timely follow-up, proposal submissions, and closure of sales deals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements in the Delhi NCR region. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales forecasts, achievements, and pipelines. Participate in business development initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities. πŸ“Œ Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM/ B.tech in Sales & Marketing preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate/B2B sales, especially in infrastructure, construction equipment, or power backup solutions. Strong network with builders, architects, PMC consultants, and retail projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
