Role & responsibilities :- Adhere to cost audit regulations and standards. File Form CRA-2 with the ROC for cost auditor appointments. Prepare and analyze detailed cost sheets. Maintain control sheets for each unit with individual P&L accounts. Implement principles for overhead allocation. File Form CRA-4 with the ROC. Ensure transfer pricing audit compliance. Analyze P&L accounts for trends and variances. mis Conduct thorough material reconciliations. Knowledge of budget preparation and management. Monitor and analyze capital expenditure and project costs. Prepare the annual budget with departmental inputs. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual MIS reports. Analyze direct costs (power, fuel, scrap, manpower). Develop and maintain costing MIS for each unit. Conduct frequent plant visits to understand processes. Resolve cost leakages with plant HODs through root cause analysis. Periodically monitor direct overhead costs. Support plant team as manufacturing controller. Travel for price negotiations with tyre companies. Proficient in SAP/ERP software. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrate good email etiquette. Preferred candidate profile :- CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant). 4 - 5 years in cost accounting or a similar role. Proficient in SAP/ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of cost audit regulations, budget preparation, and financial analysis. High accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Experience in cross-functional team collaboration. Flexibility to adapt to business needs. Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated good email etiquette. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
