Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Management /arrangement of manpower of regular and contractual as per sanctioned strength. 2. To hold strategic meeting with contractors keep align manpower as per sanctioned. 3. Management of payroll for company as well as contractual employees. To ensure timely payment of salary/wages. 4. To ensure ZERO penalty on statutory obligations by time bound compliance. 5. Interaction with office bearer of the union for harmonious relations by handling grievances. 6. Liaison with Local Administration, Statutory body under labour legislation. 7. Management of welfare of employees like hassle free transportation, PPE,s Uniform, canteen facilities. Timely review of performance of on roll employees. 8. Management of Housekeeping, Horticulture, Canteen. 9. Sustain SA 8000 Certification. 10. Implement change under labour legislation like ESI, EPF, and Factories Act etc. Management of Insurance cover for employees under GPA, GMP, term Insurance.
