Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the sales goals. Analyse market trends and data to identify new opportunities and anticipate shifts in the luxury real estate market. Set sales targets and create action plans to meet and exceed these targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients and manage complex transactions. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities to enhance the company's brand and attract new clients. Leverage professional networks and affiliations to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Stay informed about the latest developments in the luxury real estate market, including competitor activities and pricing trends. Provide market insights and advice to clients to help them make informed buying or selling decisions. Continuously update knowledge of luxury property listings, both within the company and in the broader market. Preferred candidate profile: Travel may be necessary to visit properties, meet clients, and attend industry events Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage client interactions and sales processes efficiently
