Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated customers. Ensure customer retention within the assigned Book of Relations. Serve as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints. Identify customers financial goals and offer financial planning assistance. Conduct competition analysis to provide professional advice. Schedule self-appointments daily as per campaign requirements. Sales: Explore cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with assigned customers. Complete licensing as per MLI standards. Desired Qualifications and Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in sales of Insurance/Mutual Fund/CASA/Investments/Loans/Real Estate. Minimum 6 months experience in Life Insurance. Age: 25-30 years.
