Location - Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience - 4+ years Must have: Amazon Marketplace experience is mandatory. Good to have: Experience working with D2C or FMCG brands What You’ll Do: Own and manage all e-commerce marketplace channels with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and execution Take full ownership of the P&L develop account-wise sales and growth strategies Drive performance marketing through AMS, Sponsored Ads, Targeted Displays, PLAs, etc. Work closely on assortment planning, pricing, inventory, logistics, and CRM Lead coordination across product, supply chain, and marketing to scale marketplace sales Analyze data to optimize campaigns, drive contribution margins, and improve ROAS What We’re Looking For: Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or KAM roles (FMCG/D2C preferred) Hands-on Amazon Marketplace experience is mandatory Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L, business planning, and digital performance tools Experience in high-growth startups or D2C brands is a big plus Strong analytical and execution capabilities; self-starter mindset Show more Show less
