Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget/forecast. Contribute to the development of financial models and business cases. Help identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for management decision-making. Accounting: Assist in daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and provide necessary documentation. Help maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Qualification CA final in 1 or 2 attempts Requirements Proven working experience as Accounting Manager Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases Ability to manipulate large amounts of data Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to direct and supervise Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance Skills Required Excellent organizing skills. Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, etc). Multi tasking.
