Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for overall supervision of technical Asset operations. Have strong technical trouble shooting skills of operation of DG/LT/HT supply, Water & Sewage treatment plants and building maintenance related task. 2. Handling complete facilities & infrastructure set up; liasioning with contractors & vendors. including housekeeping, maintenance and security workforce. 3. Single Point of Contact for all escalations to residential/ township issues . 3. Handling customer grievances and resolving their issues, maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the township. 4. Creating the Emergency response team, conducting fire drills once in six months and training the ERT members in all firefighting techniques. 5. Coordination with the vendors of all other supportive services. 6. Timely submission of Daily / Weekly & Monthly report to Management. 7.To ensure timely collection of CAM /CAE Charges from residents / Plot owners. 8.Initiate necessary NOC approvals from Govt/ Authorised agency, whenever required related Electrical, Water, Fire and safety & building insurance.
