Job Description

Summary: Responsible for efficiently managing the Family Office and group investments, overseeing accounting operations, investment portfolios, etc. The role also involves coordination across finance, taxation, auditing and Income Tax related compliance along with assisting in CSR initiatives of the Company. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial accounting functions, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliances. Oversee investments in equities, mutual funds, debt instruments, and alternative assets, ensuring optimal portfolio performance. Monitor portfolio performance, track corporate actions, and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Oversee income tax compliance, ensuring timely filings and addressing any tax-related issues in line with investment and wealth management. Coordinate auditing processes, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial and regulatory standards. Assist in managing the financial aspects of CSR activities, ensuring budget adherence and regulatory compliance. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent. Post Graduation is an added advantage. 10+ years of experience in accounts, finance including investment management. Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, financial software, and portfolio management tools.
