Finance & Accounts-Reconciliation-Assistant Manager (4 to 6 years) Perform detailed vendor reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Maintain and update vendor accounts, confirming balances regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting. Track and update pending tasks on a daily basis, ensuring that all required actions are completed promptly. Analytical skills to identify discrepancies, payment issues, or account mismatches, and work toward prompt resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements related to reconciliation, issue resolution, and vendor communication Required Qualifications & Skills: CA Inter/CMA Inter/Masters degree (M.Com/MBA) Experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong focus on vendor reconciliation and balance confirmation In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes and compliance Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide actionable insights Ability to handle multiple tasks, track progress, and update pending works on a daily basis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage internal teams effectively
