Assistant Manager - GCC Sales: Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive analytics sales in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced analytics, data-driven solutions, and consulting services, along with a deep understanding of the GCC market. Job Responsibility: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the GCCs. Identify and engage with key decision-makers across industries to showcase analytics capabilities and solutions. Build strong client relationships to understand business challenges and propose tailored analytics solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging analytics technologies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in analytics, technology, or consulting services. Strong understanding of the GCC market and its unique business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related fields (MBA preferred). Preferred Experience: Familiarity with industries like retail, BFSI, oil & gas, or healthcare in the GCC. Experience in selling solutions involving AI/ML, big data, or business intelligence. Additional Skills: Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytics solutions into measurable business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence C-suite executives. Strong networking skills to build and leverage relationships within the GCC region. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting. Strategic thinking with a problem-solving approach to navigate complex client requirements. Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively within the GCC business environment.
