Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting • Proven track record of managing large workforces (1000 employees) • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Role & responsibilities 1. Manpower Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of warehouse staff to meet operational requirements. 2. Salary Administration: Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements, resolving any discrepancies promptly. 3. Operational Support: Collaborate with the operations team to understand their requirements and provide HR support to achieve operational goals. 4. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting employee retention. 5.
