Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify top talent for various roles within the manufacturing plant Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across appropriate job boards, social media, and other relevant channels. Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, experience Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and assist with workforce planning, ensuring the talent pipeline aligns with production requirements. Ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding. Facilitate the smooth transition of new hires by managing the pre-employment process, background checks, and new employee orientation. Work to enhance the companys employer brand in the marketplace, attending job fairs and industry events to engage with potential candidates. Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and retention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring full compliance with employment laws. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles. Track and report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies Skills Required Qualification: Full time masters degree in human resources (MBA / MSW) 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing job positions Experience using applicant tracking systems Naukri, LinkedIn and other Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
