Job Description

1.Onboarding of Employee - Physical and HRMS a. Coordination for onboarding documents with HO employees and Coordination with Zonal HR b. Creating employee accounts in HRMS c. Issuance of Appointment / Engagement Letters d. Preparing Consultants agreement / renewal. 2. Induction of new joiners 1. Probation Assessment of employees a. Initiating probation assessment process for HO employees and coordinate /Monitor zonal process thru respective Zonal HR. b. Issuance of letter 3. Exit/Offboarding of employees a. Initiating NOC and exit process for HO employees and coordinate/Monitor zonal process thru respective Zonal HR. b. Liaison with HO accounts for NOC and Payroll for final and final. c. Issuance of Exit letters d. Monitor and follow Internal exit process for absconding employees. 4. Maintaining employee life cycle records in physical and soft copy. 5. Performance Management System a. PMS - Goa Setting and Appraisal in HRMS b. Ensuring Goal setting and Appraisal process for PAN India Employees in coordination Zonal HR. 6.Training and Development a. Orientation and Induction training for HO employees b. Developing Training Calendar for the employees PAN India. c. Coordinating and Scheduling training, ensure participation 7.Employee Interaction and Engagement activities/celebration a. Conducting employee interaction with PAN India employees in coordination with Zonal HR. b. Organizing employee engagement activities and celebration 9. Update HR Policies
