Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle End to End Recruitment, shortlisting profiles, conducting and scheduling interviews, and closing requirements on time. Posting job descriptions, as per requirements, on social media, career websites and other Job portals. Experience in recruiting Field Home Appliance & IT Hardware Technicians To recruit and place right candidate at right time. Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. To Coordinate for formulating HR Policies & Procedures as well as communicating all updates to employees. Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date. Handle Employee Grievances including Conflict resolution & disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations. To Coordinate the performance review process by collecting feedback, tracking employee goals, and assisting with performance improvement plans. Maintaining employee performance records and documentation. Coordinating employee training programs. Assisting in identifying training needs and developing training materials. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Recruitment & HR Generalist Activities. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. High Ethical Standards & Integrity. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
