Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Identify potential resources & ensure right talent is hired within TAT to ensure timely availability. Talent Retention - Drive retention strategies and ensure identification & retention of High Performance & potential employees Employee/Stakeholder Connect - Regular connect with Operations team to understand and resolve business/people related challenges and implementation of need based engagement initiatives. PMS - Facilitating in KRA Setting / Mid-term review process and also validate the KRAs set by the employees as per the Corporate guidelines. Play a vital role in Annual review process by educating employees and their Managers to ensure process is effectively completed without any bias and the grievances, if any to be addressed. Learning & Development - Identification of capability development needs for various Teams within the business. Analysis of IDP & competency assessment. To ensure and monitor execution of programs as per the defined needs. Preferred candidate profile Must have experience in HRMS, 360, or 180 for PMS. Must have done employee analysis for learning & development. Employee Engagement must be done for monetary & non-monetary activities. Must have handled 100+ employees. Must have completed MBA/PGDM in HR.
