About the Position Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in recruitment and knowledge of compliances to assist leading the HR domain. General HR Support HR head by being point of contact for the employees and managers for the business Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR function Deal with employee requests regarding HR function Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation 2. Recruitment Write JD’s, manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, conducting first round of interviews, closing positions within TAT. Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews Conduct employee orientation to newly hired employees 3. Payroll Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI and other statutory acts. Ensuring timely payouts of salaries to employees Exit Management 4. Admin Co-ordinate on the office operations by supervising the office assistant/housekeeping team Co-ordinate for office repairs and maintenance Salary Upto 7 LPA depending on experience.
