Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain Employees Database Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and retirements. Ensure HR policies and processes are effectively implemented and adhered to. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and other HR databases. Handle grievance management and employee queries related to HR operation Maintain Attendance & payroll records, process deductions, reimbursements, and incentives Statutory Compliances - ESIC & EPF etc. compliances Act as a mediator in employer-employee conflicts Address employee concerns, provide counselling, and resolve workplace disputes Issuance of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation and Relieving letters Help recruitment team in recruitment Requirements/Qualifications: Gender preferred: Male Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management Experience: Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar role Role: Human Resources Industry Type: Real Estate / Civil Construction Location: Noida/Greater Noida Interested candidates are invited to share their CVs by emailing career@group-108.com
