Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in New Delhi at Vutto. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus Why should you be excited A lot of headroom to grow along with the companies growth.
