Job Description

Key Result Areas: All project electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) coordination On time document completion On time release of Electrical Equipment item codes in aggregate BOM Purpose of the Position To have a complete overview of the project execution. To have a complete overview of the project regarding all electrical equipment s like Motor, Panels, Junction Box, cabling etc) & its execution. To plan and execute the on-time documentation activity for all Electrical Equipment s like Motor, Panels, Junction Box, cabling etc. during detail engineering. To ensure on time release of all Electrical Equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) In aggregate BOM for smooth manufacturing To fulfil the documentation requirement & get the approval from client / customer Major Responsibilities : Process the Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.) requirement as per project Orders by Technical Order Documentation. Convert Customer s requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers. Prepare & Submit project Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing & documents as required by Customer/Consultants. Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly Review & approval of Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) data sheets, GAD, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals Review Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings. Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production Create the Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.) aggregate BOM. Requirement profile : Formal education : BE Electrical / DEE Professional experience In years : 3-5 years / 5-8 yrs. Special skills : Experience / exposure in project execution & all types of Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.) planning & execution Defined Competencies: Knowledge of various Standards like API, IEC etc. Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly and testing of all types of Electrical equipment s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) and s Awareness in Electrical equipment s and design Exposure to Auto CAD SAP (PP module) awareness is a must Analytical Ability
