Designation: Assistant Manager Level: L3 Experience: 5 to 7 years Location: Chennai Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager with strong experience in Data Analysis domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented lead with proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and support strategic client decision-making. Experienced in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to support business decision-making. Write complex SQL queries and work with Snowflake/Dbt Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by validating results and resolving discrepancies. Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflows for scalability and performance. Communicate effectively with the stakeholders to understand and deliver data solutions. Continuously improve data processes and stay updated with the latest industry trends. Skills: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets in Snowflake, including optimization and advanced features like time travel and data masking. Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data analysis and transformation. Skilled in creating dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI. Well-versed in using Advanced Excel for data processing and reporting. Proven ability in BI and dashboarding to support data-driven decision-making. Very good understanding of Databricks with an exposure to Statistics.
