Designation: Assistant Manager Level: L3 Experience: 5 to 7 years Location: Bengaluru Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager with strong experience in Data Analysis domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented lead with proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and support strategic client decision-making. Experienced in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, effectively leading initiatives within strict timelines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Understand business requirements and provide hands-on technical guidance to team members. Possess QC expertise, enabling consistent and reliable deliverables. Proactively engage with clients during the weekly connects and QBR to introduce data-driven ideas that foster strategic alignment and drive business value. Evaluate, onboard and integrate new team members to ensure a smooth transition. Skills: 5+ years of relevant analytics experience - Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL. Proficiency in Python hands-on. Very good understanding of dashboarding in Power BI. Good understanding of Data Science concepts (ML Algorithms). Good communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
