Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY The Learning and Development person will be responsible for the hands-on execution of learning programs and initiatives. This role involves coordinating learning activities, developing content, creating learning aids like presentations, manuals etc. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Program Execution: Implement and manage learning programs and initiatives according to the plan. Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications. Manage the setup and use of training technology and tools, ensuring smooth execution of virtual and in-person sessions. Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure the effectiveness of programs. Training Administration: Maintain training records, track participant progress, and ensure accurate documentation of training activities. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with Leaders and Managers to report on training progress, outcomes, and any issues. Provide recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on ongoing observations and feedback. Content Development: Create training materials, including presentations, manuals etx Update and revise existing training content to keep it relevant and engaging. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees across functions. SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum Graduate and MBA will be an advantage. 3-4 years hands on experience in Learning and Development function. Mush have working experience on large data and analysis. Must have proficiency in MS word, MS Power point & MS excel. Certifications like DISC or related to Training will be an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
