Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Training Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analysis through employee feedback, performance evaluations, and business requirements. Work with department heads to identify skills gaps and learning priorities. Learning Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses. Customize learning materials to suit various job roles and levels. Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions effectively. Learning Technology & Tools Management: Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital training platforms. Utilize innovative learning tools, including gamification, simulations, and microlearning techniques. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators. Provide reports on learning outcomes and suggest improvements. Employee Development & Engagement: Support leadership development and career progression initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on emerging L&D trends, methodologies, and best practices. Key Requirements: • Education: Bachelors or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years in Learning & Development, Training. Skills: • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery. • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. • Analytical skills to measure training impact and effectiveness. • Equivalent learning and development certifications.
