The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in .NET technology and a passion for teaching & training. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server . Develop and deliver structured training modules based on industry standards. Provide hands-on coding experience, assignments, and real-time projects to trainees. Assess trainees progress through tests, projects, and feedback sessions. Stay updated with the latest .NET trends and best practices to enhance training quality. Assist in curriculum development and improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in .NET development and training. Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and Entity Framework . Experience in Azure or cloud computing (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills . Passion for mentoring and guiding learners.
