Drafting / Vetting and finalizing – Business Agreements/MOUs/ IP Related Agreements/ Software Agreements/ HR / Lease Agreements etc. Drafting/ Vetting and Finalizing – RFPs/ Terms of Bid/ Communications to be issued to Customers and Statutory Authorities Issue and Reply – Legal Notices from stakeholders and Notices received from Statutory Authorities Drafting and Vetting of Complaints/Plaints/ Suits/ Written Statements/ Replies/Applications before various Courts/ Tribunals/ Statutory Authorities Timely Compliance with Court orders and directives received from Statutory Authorities Litigation MIS Management with quarterly updates to the stakeholders Coordinate with Management and Stakeholders for consultation and strategic direction with Compliance for Governance, Risk, Audit and Compliance relating to Contractual, legal and regulatory obligations. Legal Repository – Manage and Maintain Repository pertaining to various agreements, with timely updates to the stakeholders on expiry/ renewal of contracts and Trademarks. Coordinate with Lawyers and Law firms for Briefing /consultation on various legal matters and seeking updates on pending matters. Vendor Management – Creation and timely clearance of Vendor/Advocate Payments pertaining to the Legal Department Providing inputs with respect to litigation matters for early closure and disposal. • Co-ordinate with Parent Exchange for execution of compliances Support the legal department with proactive measures so as to ensure avoidable litigation Skills Required: Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite Experience in a corporate set up handling Litigation and Contracts profile.
