About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager - Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, documentation, and management of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) systems. The role also involves managing liquid nitrogen systems, clean room projects, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent vendor coordination skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: Plant Maintenance & Documentation: Supervise and ensure the maintenance and documentation of STP, RO, and ETP plants. Oversee the proper functioning of CO2, N2, and O2 cylinder systems, including regulator and piping maintenance. Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as per the schedule. Clean Room Management: Lead and manage clean room projects, ensuring timely completion as per plan. Address and resolve clean room snags promptly to minimize downtime. Liquid Nitrogen & Gas Management: Manage and document liquid nitrogen systems. Ensure the maintenance of CO2, N2, and O2 regulators, pressure relief valves, and related equipment. Plumbing & Building Maintenance: Oversee plumbing works related to building management. Supervise the maintenance of glass and wooden doors, restroom facilities, and plumbing materials. Coordinate building painting works and lab trolley maintenance. Vendor & AMC Management: Coordinate with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vendors for RO, ETP, and STP maintenance. Verify vendor invoices, ensure timely submission, and manage vendor relationships. Raise PRs (Purchase Requests) and follow up with the purchase team for quotes and approvals. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits related to maintenance activities. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. Electrical & General Maintenance: Supervise day-to-day electrical works and coordinate with electrical vendors. Manage spare parts inventory for restrooms and plumbing materials. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of [4 years] of experience in maintenance management, preferably in STP, RO, and ETP systems. Strong knowledge of liquid nitrogen systems, gas management, and clean room operations. Proven experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and audit compliance. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance. Excellent documentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
