Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of facilities maintenance workers to ensure efficient service delivery. Plan and implement general maintenance services and repairs for the organization’s facilities. Schedule and conduct periodic inspections and tests of equipment to prevent malfunctions and service interruptions. Inspect equipment and facilities to identify repair needs and assess the condition of physical structures. Train maintenance staff in equipment repair and structural maintenance using manuals, work orders, and blueprints. Requisition materials and supplies necessary for maintenance operations. Maintain accurate records of repairs, problem areas, and maintenance activities. Monitor and manage maintenance-related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers. Stay current with relevant regulations and ensure compliance from external contractors. Report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager on maintenance activities and any issues that arise. Qualifications: Familiarity with standard maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
