To scrutinize the due diligence report of land and prepare a checklist to resolve the legal issues of land. Responsible for registration of sale deed, mutation, physical possession, sub - division and conversion of land use. To handle liaison work with different government departments like SDM office, Tehsildar office, Nagar Parshad, Police, etc. To develop the key relationship on monthly basis. Responsible for allotment, sale and collection of EWS-LIG units. Supervision of all legal matters pertaining to different courts at every stage of hearing and brief to advocates. What are we looking for A qualified professional with 5 to 10 years of progressive and relevant experience preferable from real estate background. Skilled in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for delivering top line and bottom-line growth, considering cost impacts. Good written and oral communication skills.
