Preferred candidate profile Essential Qualifications: MBA or Post Graduate in Human Resources Technical Qualifications: Technical Know-how of MS Office Suite Experience: Minimum of 4 - 7 years of work experience and worked in an ITES background Organization Structure: Report to Senior Manager HR Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work during day, night and weekend shifts based on business need
