About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage strategic marketing and campaigns by planning and executing 360 marketing efforts to support product launches, brand positioning, and sales objectives while aligning strategy with business goals to drive qualified leads, site visits, and conversions 2. Develop and manage high-quality content across platforms, including websites, blogs, emailers, brochures, videos, and social media while ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels 3. Collaborate with in-house teams and content agencies to create targeted storytelling that resonates with homebuyers and investors 4. Oversee company and project-specific websites to ensure up-to-date content, intuitive UX, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness 5. Monitor website performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and drive continuous improvements in collaboration with web development vendors 6. Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO/SEM, remarketing, and influencer collaborations 7. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead behavior and improve conversion rates by developing landing pages, creatives, and email funnels 8. Drive internal and external communications such as newsletters, press releases, investor presentations, and media coordination 9. Liaise with PR agencies for media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership positioning and develop communication strategies for crisis management or real estate updates 10. Manage offline marketing and branding including hoardings, project signage, print ads, and event branding with coordination from creative agencies 11. Organize project launch events, channel partner meets, and on-ground brand activations 12. Prepare, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget while managing vendors for creative, media buying, web development, and production with defined deliverables and timelines Requirements: 1. Hold an MBA or PGDM in marketing, communications, or a related field 2. Have 6-10 years of experience in marketing roles preferably in the real estate or related industry 3. Demonstrate strong command over content strategy, website operations, digital marketing, and campaign execution 4. Be proficient in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, Mailchimp, and HubSpot 5. Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills with a creative eye and commercial mindset 6.
