Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Retention and Nurturing strategies and initiatives - Working with various stakeholders across multiple teams (including product, tech, marketing, etc) and managing multichannel marketing campaigns - Monitoring performance of each channel-Notification, Email & SMS, and customer cohorts and taking surgical actions - Performing analysis like sales funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channels - Develop insights and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth - Develop and implement new strategies to drive objectives like lead nurturing, cross-selling, and upselling - Lead Content Development efforts to improve CRM activities' effectiveness - Creating periodic reports and preparing decks for reviews - Conduct market research to follow trends and competition Qualification : - Minimum experience of 5 years - Should have a basic understanding and interest in Digital Marketing and Communications - A proven record in lead nurturing is desirable - Revenue ownership in the current role is desirable - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage - Creative bent of mind with excellent analytical skills to build marketing strategies for various segment - MBA from a top-tier Institute preferred - Must be comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment (start-up experience is preferred)
