Designation – Associate Manager- Media and Performance Marketing Location -Pune Experience – 4+ Years Full-time opportunity DViO Digital is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager -Media and Performance Marketing to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive conversions. Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more to achieve objectives like brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query) to analyze campaign performance and create dynamic reports. Track, reconcile, and optimize daily/weekly/monthly ad budgets. Present insights and reports to stakeholders, explaining performance trends and ROI. Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates). Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments. Skills- Familiarity with Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads or other platforms. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple campaigns. Show more Show less
