Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sanitary, firefighting, etc.) in construction projects. Manage subcontractors and vendors, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship. Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and civil teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution. Prepare and maintain documentation including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and material approvals. Ensure proper installation of kitchen, bathroom, and utility fittings, pumps, tanks, meters, and related systems. Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and procurement processes. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field. 5+ years of experience in plumbing systems execution, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other design software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in high-rise residential/commercial projects Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes. Exposure to green building practices or water conservation systems (e.g., rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling).
