Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Operations , you will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Implement and optimize operational processes to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals. Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify and address operational bottlenecks or challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present operational reports. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in operations within a financial services, NBFC, fintech, or banking environment. Strong understanding of financial products and basic compliance norms. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Good communication and team coordination skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
