The Production Manager will report to the DGM Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to: overseeing incoming products, processing, and operations This position will also oversee warehousing from time to time Duties Man power handling at shop floor Allocation of work according to worker s skill and get work done from them within time Able to troubleshoot product issues and minimize product stoppage, break down etc Responsible for milk pasteurization and homogenization and packing along with all dairy products Ensures production team is meeting standards of conduct and gives discipline as needed Responsible for making sure products are legally pasteurized and processed and packed Responsible of accepting of raw milk at RMRD Maintain the cleanlineness hygiene and sanitization at floor shop area Overall production supervision while manufacturing and processing milk and milk products Execute the daily production planning given by manager and to feed it in to the system (ERP) Recording and maintaining all production and processing reports for audit & reporting to production manager Ensure the preparation of different type of milks with standard parameter (standardization) Supervise the quality control procedure and ensure all products meet the specific criteria Maintain record of daily production maintains statistical information Responsible for all dairy products manufacturing process Follows all FDA/FASSAI /HACCP/ISO 2200 regulations & guidelines Coordinates with other Management to establish quality, product standards along with cost controls Directs & plans production while establishing priorities to make the plant as efficient and cost effective as possible Analyzes production to determine causes of nonconformity Implements operations procedures & methods- SOP Responsible for giving training to new worker and performance reviews While addressing problems and complaints with a solution
