Key Responsibilities: Business Development US Market: Identify and develop new international markets, clients, and sales channels. Sales & Revenue Growth US Market: Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in global markets. Client Relationship Management US Market: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients, distributors, and partners. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on international market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to create effective sales strategies. Negotiations & Contracts: Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization with overseas clients. Order & Shipment Coordination US Market: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, export documentation, and legal requirements. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for strategy development. Participation in Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business delegations. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related field. Experience: 4-10 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or global business development. ( US Market:) Industry Preference: Building material Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of international trade policies, export documentation, and compliance ( US Market) . Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to travel internationally as required.
