Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee PHP development projects, ensuring timely delivery. Analyze business requirements, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively. Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Technical Oversight: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of PHP-based web applications. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze client and business requirements to design scalable and efficient PHP solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to the team in addressing complex challenges. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards in code quality. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering solutions that align with their expectations.
