We are backed by Man Capital, 1984 Ventures, and Vanguard Logistics. Experience Required: Coordinating with Lines / NVOCCs for securing the FAK rates for DRY and Reefer Negotiate named account rates. Liaise for free time at the origin and destination. Maintain cordial relationships with all vendors. Consolidation and housekeeping of the rates and free time Manage the spot rate requests. Distribution of the filed rates with the internal stakeholders Focal point for any rate request received from the sales team Should be able to get rates quotes for additional services line Transporter, Insurance, CHA costing, Inland Costing (Rail) ICDs and other parties to provide to client. Coordinate with carrier in case of any booking / Space / Allotment managing Checking for the inventory status from the shipping lines. Liaising with clients, foreign counterparts, third parties about shipments which are nominated. Preferred Skills: Proven experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
