Having qualified in PLI (production linked incentive) scheme through MNRE, Government of India, is keenly materializing to set-up 10GW Integrated PV manufacturing for the entire value chain (Polysilicon, ingot, wafer, cell, Module & Glass manufacturing). Industry Type: Integrated Solar PV Manufacturing (Ingot-Wafer-Cell-Module-Glass) Role Category: Assistant Manager Project Store (Civil) Role & responsibilities: Position Overview: You will be a part of Stores operation and collaborate with cross-functional departments like Civil, Utility (Mechanical & Electrical) & Contract vendors and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project store, ensuring the timely and efficient storage, inventory control and distribution of materials required for the project team. The role will involve supporting the Warehouse In-charge in overseeing project-specific inventory management, coordinating with various teams and ensuring that all project-related material handling is aligned with operational, quality and safety standards. Key Skills Required: Inventory Management Manpower Management Project Material Handling Documentation & Record Keeping Good Communication Skill Soft skills like, Basic computer knowledge SAP (MM Module) is mandatory Detailed Job Description: Must be aware of inward process of construction/project materials / quality inspection/insurance claim process for receipt of damaged consignment along with necessary documents. Monitor and verification of the GRN & submission to the finance on time. Must be aware of rejection and non-conformance material return back to supplier with necessary documents. Ensure proper storage/stacking of materials safely in their designated place, preservation and identification of label availability before stacking. Coordination with downline team members to get the location-wise stock details on daily basis. Must be aware of understanding the civil drawings/ BOQ to issue the material as per the approved BOQ. Monitoring of material availability against the MR after received from the civil/ project execution team, contractor / Sub Contractors. Maintain the Contractor / Subcontractor-wise materials issued details with proper approvals. Sharing the Stock report to procurement and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of the materials as per project schedules. Ensure the material transfer posting in SAP & physical movements of materials on daily basis. Ensure to get the acknowledgement on hard copies of material transfer posting documents after hand over the physical materials to the project team. Control the Issuance of material to contractors and other sub-contractors. Maintaining the accurate records for the project materials received, issued, and stored. Ensure to issue the materials on the basis of FIFO. Sharing the debit note details to finance department for which the materials were issued to Sub-contractor on chargeable basis. Monitor and verification of the Service Entry & submission to the finance on time related to the contractor project execution bills. Conducting the physical stock verification periodically & reporting to the HOD. Provide training to the downline team members as per the job requirement. Ensure to comply with the safety standards of the company and timely closure observation/ NC raised by EHS team. Experience : 07-10 years work experience in Stores function with B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in any discipline. Experience in project stores and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
