Job Description

A. Supporting the sales and consulting teams in delivery of psychometric assessments to meet business requirements. This would include: Understanding and analyzing client requirements- job understanding, competency mapping Managing and executing client requirements- Full ownership of small to medium sized client accounts- from understanding their requirements to delivering the end product. Managing the desired technical behavior of the platform pertaining to psychometric assessments Working on the required content for reporting, in terms of BARS, descriptors and other relevant documentation. B. Independently handling content development for simulation-based behavioral tools and ensuring all the content is as per the market requirement. C. Tracking content availability and managing SMEs for creation of new content as and when required. D. Managing a team of associates to ensure that all deliveries are met in time and are as per quality standards. This includes Ensuring the client requirements are properly understood by the team and are delivered as per expectations Liaising with other teams (sales / consulting / delivery / operations / tech) in order to ensure client needs are met Managing team output and guiding team membe
