Assistant Manager - IGP QA Job Type: Full-Time Department: Telemedicine Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the quality of online consultations to ensure adherence to company guidelines and healthcare standards. Conduct audits of patient interactions, providing feedback to healthcare professionals to enhance service quality. Analyse consultation data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and best practices for digital consultations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, customer support, and product teams, to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in digital healthcare. Identify training needs and assist in conducting training programs for healthcare professionals. Generate reports and provide insights to management for continuous quality improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare services . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines. Experience with QA tools, reporting dashboards, and data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in digital healthcare platforms, teleconsultation services, or hospital QA. Certification in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, or Lean methodologies).
